Your booking is scheduled in advance. On the day of, our cleaner stops at the leasing office, signs out your unit key (same logbook the office uses for every vendor and maintenance call), does the clean, signs the key back in. Total chain of custody. Our cleaner never carries your key off the property, not in their pocket, not in their truck, not back to our office. Madison Square’s leasing team handles this for us every TotalCare Day.
Wednesday is Madison Square’s dedicated TotalCare Day. Our cleaners are on-site doing 6-8 cleans across the complex in one efficient day. You get priority scheduling if you book Wednesday, and we get to spend more time cleaning instead of driving. Win-win. You can still book other days, just no priority guarantee.
When Madison Square hits 25 enrolled residents, every member starts getting a free deep clean once a quarter, on top of their regular bookings. That perk is permanent as long as the building stays above 25. Tell your neighbors. The building wins when we hit critical mass.
They see only the appointment time so they know when to expect our cleaner. They don’t see your billing, your service notes, your address inside the unit, or how often you book. Everything else stays between you and TotalCare Cleaning.
