Yes. Cancel anytime from your client portal, no questions asked. Monthly members can cancel before the next billing cycle. Annual members can cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused months.
When the schedule is tight, member visits are staffed first, and your window is the last one we would ever move.
It applies to One-Time Deep Cleans and Moving Cleans you book as a member. The first deep or move clean that starts a recurring plan is priced as part of that plan, so the 20% does not apply to it.
No. Membership is separate from your cleaning frequency. You can book as often or as little as you like. That said, weekly or bi-weekly service is where you get the most value: your standing notes build up, visits get faster, and priority scheduling matters most.
Your first visit is a Total Reset, a comprehensive deep clean that brings your home to the TotalCare Cleaning standard. It takes longer and is more detailed than a recurring visit, getting every corner right so your ongoing cleans maintain that baseline.
Cara is TotalCare Cleaning's text assistant, and she is free for every customer, member or not. Text her to reschedule, ask questions about your upcoming clean, request add-ons, or get home care tips. She has your service history and knows your home.
On recurring schedules we keep the same professional on your home whenever we can, and we stop short of promising it, because people get sick and cars break down. Whoever arrives works from the same TotalCare Cleaning standard checklist and the standing notes on your home. That applies to all recurring customers, member or not. What membership adds is priority scheduling: when schedules shift or slots are tight, member visits are staffed first.
Yes. Traveling for a month? Moving temporarily? You can pause your membership from the client portal and resume when you're ready. While it is paused we stop charging you, and the member benefits pause along with it. Your perks come back the moment you resume.
Yes. The $14.99/month membership fee is billed separately from your cleaning service charges. You'll see two items on your statement: the membership fee and the cost of each cleaning. Both are processed securely through Stripe.
