Every full-time and part-time employee of Memphis-Shelby County Schools. Teachers, administrators, counselors, custodial staff, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, front-office staff, paraprofessionals, librarians, coaches, IT, and facilities. If your paycheck comes from MSCS, you qualify.
Your Hero benefit pauses if you leave education entirely. If you stay in education (move to another district, take a different teaching role, etc.), your benefit continues uninterrupted. We re-verify once a year. After 5 continuous years as a TotalCare Hero, your benefit becomes permanent regardless of profession changes.
We believe in the work. Educators, administrators, and the people who keep schools running shape what our city looks like in twenty years, the future of Memphis depends on them. We're not going to pretend we aren't a company that has to make money to keep operating. But we want to do our part to help the people doing some of the most important work there is. Yes. TotalCare Cleaning operates in select markets. Memphis is one of our home markets, and Memphis-Shelby County Schools is the largest district we serve. As we expand, we offer the Heroes Program in every market we open.
The benefit is tied to your home and your account. If you and a family member share a household, your Hero pricing applies to that home's cleanings. Separate households need separate accounts and separate verification.
Not a problem. The free TotalHome Membership stays active even if you don't book regularly. Hero pricing applies whenever you do book. There's no minimum, no use-it-or-lose-it.
No. The district receives a private, aggregate quarterly summary: total staff enrolled, total saved, retention rate. Your individual bookings, addresses, billing, and any service notes stay between you and TotalCare Cleaning.
